On behalf of the Granite Falls Ambulance, I would like to extend a sincere thank you to all who participated in making our 11th Annual Golf Tournament Fund-day a huge success. This year’s tournament was outstanding!
I personally, would like to thank our Medical Director Dr. Art Rillo, who golfed and/or joined us for dinner. Without the support of the board of directors, administration and medical directors, Dr. Darrell Carter and Dr. Art Rillo, we would not be where we are today. We are grateful for their unending support and dedication to the Granite Falls Ambulance Service.
All of this could not be possible without the support from our sponsors. A big thanks to Granite Falls Bank, Fagen, Inc., and Prairie’s Edge Casino, Resort, and Hotel/Upper Sioux Community for their generous donation of $2,000 as this year’s Platinum Sponsors. This year’s additional sponsors were: Almich’s Market, Christensen Farms, Citizens Alliance Bank, E&C Graphics, Granite Falls Energy, LLC, Granite Floral and Greenhouse, Ims Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, Life Link III, Soine Construction, Meyer’s Repair and Towing, MN Feed Distributors, National Independent Health Club Association, Par Piping and Fabrication, Robert Danielowski, CPA, Wood Lake Lumber, and Woody’s Bar.
Thank you to the Granite Falls Fire Department, Clara City Ambulance Service, and Willmar Ambulance for joining us in friendly competition and great camaraderie.
Congratulations to this years’ Community Division winners, James Blue, Levi Blue, Erich Blue, and Travis Leenerts. Congratulations to the Clara City Ambulance who took home the Fire/EMS/Law division trophy. This year’s Community Excellence award was awarded to Granite Falls Energy, LLC. Thank you for all you do for the community of Granite Falls.
Lastly, thank you to my co-workers. I am so blessed to work with such a dedicated group of individuals who are willing to pour blood, sweat and tears into making all of our fundraising efforts successful. The support of our sponsors, phantom golfers, silent auction donations, golfers, and those who came from near and far to join us for dinner was overwhelming. We had a great year and look forward to your continued support in 2019.
