Granite Falls Health Clinic is a Level II Provider for State Employee Group Insurance Plan (SEGIP)
Beginning January 1, 2019, Granite Falls Health Clinic will be a Level 2 provider for state employees under the State Employee Group Insurance Plan (SEGIP). The open enrollment period for state employees will soon begin. During the enrollment, each state employee chooses a Primary Care Provider (PCP). Granite Falls Health was previously a level 4 provider. This change for Granite Falls Health allows an opportunity to have consumers choose Granite Falls Health clinic as their primary provider. Utilizing a level 2 provider is less out of pocket expense for the consumer than if they use a level 4 provider.
