Patient care is our most important job. We want to make sure your experience is as pleasant as possible. This section contains information about the services and resources available to the patients and visitors.
If you have not been to our facility, it is easy to find us. View map for directions. The Emergency Department entrance is located in the front of the building along 10th Avenue. The clinic is located on each end of the building and is marked as West and East Clinic.
Please have your current insurance information with you at the time you register at the registration desk next to the main entrance. Our staff will work with you to answer any questions or concerns you might have.
Please bring your insurance policy identification and numbers when you are admitted. If the information is not available at that time, please call or send it to the billing office as soon as possible. We will bill your insurance carrier as a courtesy to you, when we are given the necessary information. If your insurance company requires prior authorization, let us know so we can contact your insurance company for you.
Our food service department prepares meals according to your provider’s orders. Relay food preferences or substitutes to the Dietary Supervisor or nursing staff. Meals are available for family members and friends for a charge. Please contact nursing if you are interested in a meal.
Minnesota law prohibits smoking in the hospital to protect the health and safety of our patients. The Granite Falls Health is a tobacco-free campus. This tobacco-free policy was created in order to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, employees, volunteers and medical staff. The use of tobacco products will not be permitted throughout Granite Falls Health.
There are designated waiting area available to visitors, family members and patients. Make yourself comfortable in these areas. We have guest wireless access available free of charge.
