Dr. Van Sickle has an extensive history of working with children (ages 10 and up), adolescents, adults, and families.  While in a confidential setting, Jane uses a variety of therapy techniques so that the unique needs of the client are met.  She also uses a “systems” perspective which takes all aspects of a person into account.  Due to her patient centered focus, she has worked well with many diverse cultural populations such as Latino, Native American, Veterans, and children and adolescents in foster care/adoption.  Jane also enjoys teaching psychology at the college level and engaging in philanthropic efforts.   In her spare time she enjoys traveling, horseback riding, reading, home decorating, and spending time with her husband and four children.
